Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States. For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing & Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays go out the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. If you're on the West Coast, it's often faster — many California customers receive their order within 1–3 days.
Carriers
We ship with whichever carrier offers the best rate and speed to your area. Depending on your location, your order may ship via UPS, USPS, or another major carrier.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO/FPO
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses — however, these destinations don't qualify for free shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout. P.O. Box deliveries go through USPS and may take an extra 2–3 business days to process.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada and to any country where our carriers can deliver. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient — they're not included in your order total.
- Delivery times depend on the destination and customs processing in your country.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't see a tracking update within 2 business days of placing your order, feel free to reach out and we'll look into it.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package needs to be rerouted or reshipped because of an incorrect address, there may be an additional shipping charge — and we'd hate for that to slow things down.
