How Custom Fit Works
1. Dimensional Pattern Engineering
Every custom-fit cover starts with the actual body dimensions of your specific generation. Mirror pockets are cut to wrap each side mirror without stretching. The hem follows the rocker panels to the inch. The rear panel sits flush over the trunk or fastback without a tail-flap that would lift in wind.
2. Woven Multi-Layer Construction
DaShield uses woven fabric — not the non-woven polypropylene that cheap covers use. Woven construction is stronger, breathable, and lasts years instead of months. The Ultimum line rated 20,000mm+ hydrostatic head (ISO 811) for extreme waterproofing. Every outdoor cover includes a fleece-lined interior that never touches your paint directly.
